Luca Guadagnino’s much-anticipated drama Queer is inching closer to release! Fans are eagerly awaiting the first trailer, but for now, a newly revealed clip offers a taste of the magic to come. Premiered this week at the Venice International Film Festival, Queer stars Daniel Craig as American expat William Lee, who starts a passionate affair with a Navy vet (Drew Starkey) in 1950s Mexico. In the clip, Lee flirts awkwardly at a bar, failing to win over his crush. The film, described as Guadagnino’s sexiest work yet, has been picked up by A24 for distribution.
