Community First: LGBTQ+ Entrepreneurs Lead in Creating Positive Local Change

A new report by payroll specialists Gusto reveals that LGBTQ+ business owners in the US are as focused on community impact as on profits. According to Gusto’s 2024 New Business Formation Report, 70% of LGBTQ+ business owners cited positively impacting local communities as a key motivator for launching their businesses, in contrast to 53% of all surveyed entrepreneurs. #Queer Up Business
