In breaking news from Arlington, police have arrested two men for allegedly stealing LGBTQ+ Pride flags from a lesbian couple's home. Matthew Henshaw, 20, of Fort Myer, a U.S. Army base, faces charges for three incidents on September 16, September 30, and January 27. He was released on bonds. Joseph Digregorio, 23, of Bay Shore, is charged with the January 21 theft. He was released on summons. This ongoing criminal investigation prompts anyone with information to contact the Arlington County Police Department. Police spokesperson Ashley Savage did not disclose whether Henshaw is a member of the U.S. military.
