Evangelical Meltdown In 'Madonna Like' Image As Lil Nas X Channels Gay Jesus In New Song Photo

In 1989, Pepsi’s controversial commercial song featuring Madonna was broadcast. The name was "Like a Prayer." Pepsi reportedly paid Madonna $5 million to partner with the brand. However, after religious groups condemned the song's music video, Pepsi nixed the ad. The video showed Madonna experiencing stigmata, kissing a Black saint, and dancing in front of burning crosses and everyone took it in all the possible wrong ways. And it seems the history is repeating itself with Lil Nas X at the center this time. He has recently announced his upcoming single which will be out this Friday January 12 and it is called “J Christ.” The single will be dedicated to the man who had the greatest comeback of all time. Lil Nas X has shared a few posts following the announcement and after seeing them, many conservative Christians are coming for Lil Nas X, claiming that he is “mocking” Christianity. #Queer Up Religion
