An exciting event is set to take place in Florida this summer. The Florida Out Coast Convention (FLOCC) is gearing up for its return in 2024, promising to be a premier gathering for professionals in the LGBTQ+ tourism industry. This unique conference aims to bring together destination leaders, agencies, and tourism professionals from both within and outside the state. The goal is to engage in meaningful conversations on effectively reaching, supporting, and understanding LGBTQ+ travelers, meeting hosts, and group sales clients. Scheduled for August 12 to 14, the convention boasts an impressive lineup of hosts and speakers, including Emcee FAY WHATT?!, Keynote speaker Chris Rollins from Creator of The Ripple Effect Leader, Giuseppe Giulio from GAY.IT!; and Angela Yarber, Author of Queering the American Dream, among others. Early bird registration is currently open. Tickets are $799 until May 31, and regular pricing is $899 starting June 1. This exciting event will be held at The Loews Coral Gables Hotel, situated in the heart of Plaza Coral Gables. The schedule of events is jam-packed with activities designed to inform, inspire, and connect attendees.
