Years ago, when Disneyland closed early more often, they would rent the park out for private parties. One such party was a "Gay Night". But it never fulfilled the gay crowd completely and that is when Gay Day Anaheim started in 1998. This year, Gay Days Anaheim will be from September 22 to 24. The event will be in Orlando Disney and will be open to both queers and straights. Hotels bookings for the event are open already.
