Grindr Aims to Become Your Digital Gayborhood

With 13 million users globally, Grindr is developing a travel feature called "Roam" to help LGBTQ travelers find community and safe spaces. A Grindr release states, “Roam allows you to ‘visit’ a new geography to explore other profiles.” Currently, in testing, "Roam" will show local LGBTQ events, neighborhoods, and nearby users. The app, available in 190 countries, offers crucial resources, especially in regions where being gay is illegal. With these updates, Grindr aims to support its users in connecting and exploring new cities safely, whether they are locals or travelers. #Queer Up Gay Culture
