Top Chef legend and lesbian icon Kristen Kish will take the reins of the reality cooking show for its 21st season after longtime host Padma Lakshmi stepped down in June. Bravo announced that Kish would join chef Tom Colicchio and food writer Gail Simmons at the judges’ table for the upcoming season, which will be filmed in Wisconsin. Kish won the tenth season of Top Chef in 2012 and has remained a fan favorite since then. She’s also no stranger to hosting food shows, as she’s taken up the mantle on several programs, including 36 Hours, Fast Foodies, Netflix’s revival of Iron Chef, and Restaurants at the End of the World. The premiere date for season 21 of Top Chef has yet to be announced. #Queer Up Entertainment
