The Alzheimer's Association of Chicago backs the LGBTQ+ Caregiver Support Group hosted by Lambda Living of Jewish Community Services of South Florida. The support group is organized on every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 2 PM. It is facilitated by Cindy Brown, President/ CEO at Jewish Community Services of South Florida. The motto of the support group is to build a support system of people who understand and care, exchange practical information on caregiving, discuss challenges and possible solutions, share feelings, needs, and concerns, and learn about community resources.
