Queer gamers are rejoicing in the newly announced The Rocky Horror Video Game, launched just in time for Halloween. Developed by FreakZone Games, this retro 2D platformer adapts the iconic 1970s cult musical, The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Featuring pixelated versions of characters like Janet Weiss, Brad Majors, and Tim Curry’s Dr. Frank-N-Furter, players will once again navigate the eerie halls of Oakley Court. Set to 8-bit versions of classic songs, including “Time Warp,” the game invites players to experience Brad and Janet’s strange journey in an entirely new way. The game is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, Steam, and Nintendo Switch. #Queer Up Gaming
