RuPaul is unleashing some major revelations in his upcoming memoir, "The House Of Hidden Meanings," set for release tomorrow, on March 5. According to The Daily Mail, RuPaul recounts his encounters with Madonna in the 1980s, painting a picture of a superstar who viewed him as "worthless" and every relationship as transactional. Their first meeting at NYC's Pyramid Club led to sporadic encounters around town until they had a face-to-face. RuPaul claims Madonna saw him as a "worthless eunuch," with interactions resembling a cold transaction. Surprisingly, RuPaul admits her demeanor didn't faze him, as it mirrored his mother's "cold to a fault" disposition, fostering a sense of detachment. During an interview with Ronan Farrow, Ru talks about the natural progression of ageing, noting the discomfort when one resists this flow, particularly in the context of Madonna's pursuits, like performing arena tours at 65. In RuPaul’s own words, “The energy around the Madonna thing—it feels weird, right? Chasing arena tours and grills in your teeth.” However, it seems Madonna knows what she is doing as she fired back at similar criticism during her Celebration Tour, challenging critics to meet her when they turn 65. RuPaul has authored two previous books: "Lettin’ It All Hang Out" in 1995 and "GuRu" in 2018, known for its aphoristic and confessional style. The upcoming book will be his third book, and it is going to be a roller coaster ride for every RuPaul fan. #Queer Up Drag Culture
