During a press tour promoting his memoir, RuPaul shared advice with the audience that he wished he could give his younger self. He was at the Royal Festival Hall in London. Recalling his childhood in the sleepy town of San Diego and his aspirations of becoming someone like Andy Warhol and David Bowie and Liza Minnelli, he now has only one advice "Honey, it's gonna get real good, just hold tight."
