Safe Spaces Panel Shines at Copenhagen Pride With Stonewall Veterans and Stoli

Copenhagen Pride 2024 was truly extraordinary, a testament to its reputation as one of the best-organized and most purposeful Pride events worldwide. The highlight this year was The Stonewall Inn Gives Back Initiative (SIGBI) Safe Spaces panel, which took place on August 15 at Copenhagen City Hall. Moderated by Niels Holm from the iconic Jailhouse CPH, a beloved LGBTQ+ bar and restaurant in the city, the panel featured Stacy Lentz, CEO of SIGBI, co-founder Kurt Kelly, and Stonewall Veteran Tree Sequoia. It was a powerful discussion on the importance of creating and maintaining safe spaces for our community and I got an opportunity to be a part of it as Global LGBTQ+ and Multi-Cultural Ambassador of Stoli Group, which is one of the sponsors of the pride. The next day was the Embassy Pride event with the Ambassadors of the United States, Denmark, Australia, England, New Zealand and Canada. It was hosted at the residence of the Canadian Ambassador. August 17 was the Copenhagen Pride Parade. #Queer Up The World View
