South Florida And Palm Beach County Responsible To Pay Fees On 'Gay Conversion Therapy' Lawsuit

U.S. District Judge Robin Rosenberg has issued a ruling compelling Palm Beach County and the city of Boca Raton to disburse nearly $737,000 in legal fees and costs, following an appeals court's rejection of prohibitions on the controversial practice of 'conversion therapy.' These fees are to be granted to the legal representatives of marriage and family therapists Robert Otto and Julie Hamilton. The therapists had challenged the constitutionality of local ordinances that sought to prohibit conversion therapy. Both the county and the city will share the allocated payments. #Queer Up Courts
