The Trailer of Wicked Movie is Out. Queer Fans Are Eager For Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo’s Movie

Ariana Grande, known for her powerful vocals and charismatic stage presence, was moved to tears upon learning she had been cast as Glinda in the upcoming movie adaptation of the beloved musical "Wicked." Universal Pictures offered fans a glimpse behind the scenes with a short featurette released on May 15, showcasing Grande's emotional journey from auditions to filming. In a resurfaced interview clip, Grande was seen expressing her desire to portray Glinda when asked about her preferred role in "Wicked." When the news finally broke that she had secured the coveted part, Grande was overwhelmed with gratitude, tearfully exclaiming, "Oh my God, thank you! I love her so much, I'm going to take such good care of her." The featurette has both Grande and bisexual actor and singer Cynthia Erivo’s audition moments, who landed the role of Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West. Reflecting on her experience, Grande shared, "I had the incredible privilege of seeing the original Broadway cast of Wicked when I was 10. I just felt an immediate bond." Speaking at CinemaCon in April, Grande humorously credited "many different pairs" of fake eyelashes for aiding her performance in the movie musical. The anticipation for the film heightened in February when fans were treated to a first look, and the excitement continued to build with the release of the full "Wicked" movie trailer on May 15. #Queer Up Entertainment
