The Visit Lauderdale Food & Wine Festival will conduct "Bar Fight! A Spirited Competition" on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at Rooftop @1WLO. This exciting event will feature local mixologists going head-to-head to create the Official Cocktail of the 2025 festival. Participants will be judged on presentation, flavor, and concept by a panel of local celebrity judges. In the first round, guests will sample two cocktails from each mixologist and vote for their favorite. The fan-favorite cocktails will then advance to the final round, where judges will select the winner and announce it as the Official Cocktail of 2025 Visit Lauderdale Food & Wine Festival. The highlight of the festival will be the participation of Mixologist Diego Calvo, the 2024 champion. He will be competing to defend his title.
