Luca Guadagnino, a celebrated Italian director is back with a Queer film that dives into the 1950s gay expat scene in Mexico City. Fiml’s just-released trailer introduces Daniel Craig as William Lee. Lee, a lonely older expat, meets Eugene Allerton (played by Drew Starkey), a young former Navy man, sparking a tumultuous, magnetic connection. The trailer shows their love story blossoming amid lush, sensual scenes with surreal shots of centipedes, snakes, and a miniaturized world. Each frame of the trailer is breathtaking. Queer is adapted from William S. Burroughs’ novel and also features Jason Schwartzman, Lesley Manville, Henry Zaga, and Omar Apollo. It opens in limited theaters on November 27. #Queer Up Entertainment
